SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery areas
Our products are shipped throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. For international deliveries, please contact us at hello@littlebs.be
2. Shipping rates
Belgium:
Shipping within Belgium to an address costs €6.95
Shipping within Belgium to a collection point costs €5.95
The Netherlands:
Shipping to the Netherlands costs €9.60
Other countries:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible.
The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Belgium: 1-3 business days

Netherlands: 2-5 business days

Other countries: Delivery time depends on the final destination
Please note that holidays, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier delays) may affect the delivery time.
4. Transport partners
We ship our packages with Bpost. After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking number by email, with which you can track your package.
5. Order processing
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address is filled in correctly when placing your order. BATCH_04 is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
Has your order arrived damaged or gone missing? Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via hello@littlebs.be.
Make sure to include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will then contact the courier and work together with you to find a suitable solution.
8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Our products are food items and therefore fall under a legal exception to the right of withdrawal. For this reason, we do not accept returns, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If that is the case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via hello@littlebs.be, including a photo of the damaged product and its packaging.
This way, we can quickly find a solution together.
