Returns? We are happy to help!
At Little b's we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Because our products are food products, they cannot in principle be returned.
But if something went wrong with your order, we would be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
How does it work?

Within 14 days: If you have ordered a product that is not food, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
This period starts on the day you receive your order.

Register your return: Send an email to hello@littlebs.be with your order number and which product you want to return. This way we can help you quickly.

Original packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.

Complete return: Did you receive a gift with your order? Please also return this with the return.
Damaged or defective product?
Did your product arrive damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@littlebs.be.
Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
We will work together to find a suitable solution.
What happens after your return?
Once we have received your return in good order (if applicable), we will ensure that you receive a replacement product or another suitable solution within 14 days.
